Bra-Fit Specialist

Mission:    DEBra Lingerie’s mission is to provide professional bra-sizing services while educating clients on the benefits of a good fit to improve their physique and increase their self-confidence. Throughout this process, we focus on providing the client with excellent customer service. At the same time, we provide a large choice of quality lingerie and swimsuit products in varying price ranges to clients who wear a cup size of D or greater.

 

Role:    In essence, the Bra-Fit Specialist will support and report to the Manager in the daily operations of the store. The Bra-Fit Specialist will be accountable to deliver exceptional customer service which will enhance the customer experience and ultimately deliver sales results. More specifically, the Bra-Fit Specialist will mainly provide front line customer service along with cashier duties and back-office support as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide courteous, patient, and exceptional customer service.

  • Provide bra-fitting advice to customers in accordance with company guidelines.

  • Recommend appropriate bra styles to customers.

  • Ensure that the store is clean, well-organized and that the merchandise is attractively displayed.

  • Process all point of sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently.

  • Efficiently process orders for clients, including special orders, pick-ups, and payments.

  • Place inventory back on shelves in a neat, timely and orderly manner.

  • Verify orders as received, tag inventory, and place on shelves in a timely manner.

  • Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with clients and peers at all times.

  • Other tasks as required by the Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of related work experience (in retail fashion an asset).

  • Previous Bra-Fitting experience would be an asset.

  • Proven experience providing excellent customer service.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication skills in both English and French.

  • Great listening skills.

  • Strong team skills.

  • Open to learning new skills.

  • Flexible to work retail hours (Saturdays) as required.

  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.

  • Comfortable in a computerized environment.  Experience with RMS Fashion an asset.

Status:   Full-time or Part-time
