Store Administrative Assistant
Pay Rate: $16.60-$17.25 per hour
Status: Part-Time
Mission:
DEBra Lingerie’s mission is to provide personalized, professional bra-sizing services while educating clients on the benefits of a good fit to improve their physique and increase their self-confidence. Throughout this process, we focus on providing the client with excellent customer service. At the same time, we provide a large choice of quality lingerie and swimsuit products in varying price ranges to clients who wear a cup size of D or greater.
Role:
In essence, the Store Administrative Assistant will support and report to the Managers in the daily operations of the store. The Store Administrative Assistant will be accountable to deliver exceptional customer service which will enhance the customer experience and ultimately deliver sales results. More specifically, the Store Administrative Assistant will mainly act as receptionist along with cashier duties and back-office support as needed.
Responsibilities:

Provide courteous, patient, and exceptional customer service both in-person and virtually.

Answer phone calls in a polite and courteous manner and respond to voicemail messages.

Greet customers who enter the store.

Book appointments for bra-fittings in the calendar via phone or walk-ins.

Ensure that the store is clean, well-organized and that the merchandise is attractively displayed.

If requested, process all point of sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently as required.

Process and coordinate orders for shipment as necessary.

Update Web Store quantities with orders received and sales made daily.

Efficiently process orders for clients, including special orders, pick-ups, and payments.

Tag inventory as received and place on shelves in a timely manner.

Always maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with clients and peers.

Put bras back in the stockroom daily and clean store (vacuum and wash floors) weekly. Mirrors to be cleaned as needed.

Other tasks as required by the Managers.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of related work experience (in retail fashion an asset).

Proven experience providing excellent customer service.

Excellent communication skills in both English and French.

Strong team skills.

Great listening skills.

Open to learning new skills.

Flexible to work retail hours (weekends) as required.

Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.

Comfortable in a computerized environment. Experience with RMS Fashion an asset
